• Define and own technical specifications and scope for new features, ensuring alignment with user needs and product goals
• Break down large initiatives into small, shippable tasks and coordinate execution with engineering and product teams
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to validate technical feasibility and suggest implementation strategies
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams on API interactions, architectural decisions, and trade‑offs
• Take full ownership of product initiatives from discovery through production, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously improve development processes, collaboration methods, and product workflows to optimize velocity and quality

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, or 3+ years in a dedicated Product Engineer role in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience in technical scoping, estimation, and successful end‑to‑end delivery of product features
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and solid understanding of cloud architectures, data schemas, and API design
• Ability to troubleshoot platform limitations and technical concepts such as OAuth flows, webhooks, and rate limiting
• Strong user‑first mindset with the ability to balance technical feasibility and product value
• Experience working on AI‑powered product features is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Nice‑to‑have: Technical background (Computer Science degree), experience with social media platforms, German language skills

• Permanent contract with gross annual salary starting from €70,000, depending on experience
