Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python. Work with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. Collaborate with product, design, and seasoned ML teams to turn ideas into solutions. Implement thorough testing to ensure top-notch results. Balance fast-paced development with quality outcomes. In this role, you'll have the freedom to innovate while making a real impact on our company and the healthcare sector. Requirements We're looking for a motivated and highly intelligent Software Engineer ready to make an impact. You're the right fit if : Experience and Education : You have 2+ years of working experience as a software engineer and a strong drive to learn and grow. You possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python with solid skills and eagerness to apply them. Strong interest in backend development and a willingness to focus primarily on this area. Basic understanding or interest in machine learning and a willingness to develop your skills in this area. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is a plus. Personal Attributes : Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly. Organized self-starter who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning. Interest or passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning. Optional : Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects that have had a meaningful impact or added value are a plus. German language skills are a plus.
