You will support the team and team leader in various activities (e.g., monthly payroll reconciliation, payroll result coordination, etc.). Additionally, you will serve as a backup for vacations and sick leave.

• Monthly payroll reconciliation and coordination of payroll results for Germany
• Establishing a knowledge database for the German payroll team
• Communication with ADP and management / creation of relevant service tickets to provide new data for programming
• Preparation and provision of payroll-related data for local authorities such as the Integration Office, Federal Statistical Office, Berufsgenossenschaft
• Absence coverage for team-related issues of the payroll lead
• Support with SOX controls and internal/external audits

A desire to do something for your future and accelerate your career, along with experience and knowledge such as:

• Completed relevant commercial vocational training or equivalent
• Payroll-related knowledge of legal frameworks
• Fluent in German and very good knowledge of English
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications like Excel, Word, etc.
