Jobbeschreibung

As a member of the new business team, you will be responsible for the DACH region, promoting and selling our solutions in the integrity assessment and grading space. We are a team of 5 new business sales reps, with the goal to generate leads and close new business across Europe.

Our main target audience is in education, including higher education and secondary education. We are also looking to expand into the corporate sector.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with decision-makers, influencers, and users within institutions to promote our tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the renewal team, marketing, solution engineers, sales enablement, and other departments.
  • Identify institutions not using our tools and develop campaigns to generate leads.
  • Manage leads through the sales funnel to close deals.
  • Work with the renewals team to find cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market developments related to academic integrity and AI writing tools.
  • Understand institutional processes, policies, and challenges around academic integrity and data privacy, leveraging this knowledge to create opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and peers to set up campaigns that increase regional leads.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for Ed-Tech and education industry.
  • Experience of a few years in a similar role or seeking an entry-level sales position.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Team player with integrity.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus but not required.
  • Proactive in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
