An international leader in the cannabis nutrients industry seeks a motivated Sales Representative in Germany. This full-time role involves driving growth and building relationships with distributors in the cannabis cultivation sector. It includes frequent travel (80% client visits, 20% home-based) and offers an attractive commission structure. Applicants should be fluent in German and English, possess at least 2 years of sales experience, and have knowledge of cannabis cultivation. A valid driving license and personal vehicle are required.
We are recruiting on behalf of an international leader in the cannabis nutrients industry, currently expanding its presence across Europe. We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative based in Germany to drive growth and strengthen client relationships with distributors, grow shop, CSC and the cannabis cultivation sector in general.
This is a remote position involving frequent travel. Approximately 80% of the time will be dedicated to client visits across the assigned regions in Germany, while the remaining 20% will be home-based for reporting, planning, and client follow-ups. A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are required for this position.
The role also requires availability to travel internationally 4/5 times per year to attend key industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Reporting directly to the European Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for developing the market, offering technical-commercial support, and building lasting partnerships with key players in the industry.

Residency in Germany and willingness to travel frequently
Familiarity with CRM tools and client pipeline management
Prior experience working in the cannabis industry is a strong plus
