Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution phases of projects and programs until successful completion
- Focus on our e-commerce platform and contribute to the development of the entire application landscape and IT infrastructure
- Monitor and communicate project progress, including deadlines, budgets, quality, risks, and changes
- Identify delays and cost drivers, and develop alternative solutions
- Collaborate closely with other departments and external service providers
- Enhance professional project management within IT and business teams
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience managing multiple projects with multidisciplinary teams, e.g., as an IT consultant or management consultant
- Strong knowledge of traditional project management and initial exposure to agile methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (preferably JIRA Agile or Confluence)
- Experience in lateral leadership or matrix organization leadership
- Proactive, decisive, assertive, and change-driven mindset
- Solution-oriented and detail-focused working style
- Business fluent in German and proficient in English for active communication
