Job summary
A leading international company in Frankfurt is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, formulate payroll policies, and implement training plans. The ideal candidate will have a major in human resource management or administrative management and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential for this role. The company seeks someone with emotional intelligence and a strong service awareness to contribute positively to employee relations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Understanding of local labor law.
- At least 3 years of HR working experience.
- Experience in the Netherlands and familiarity with relevant labor department.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment channels and personnel recruitment.
- Formulate payroll policies and ensure smooth daily payroll operations.
- Prepare training plans and implement employee training activities.
- Prepare performance plans and execute performance evaluations.
- Handle employee relations incidents.
- Manage local administrative tasks, supplier management, and visa processing.
Skills
Education
- Skillfully handle recruitment channel management and carry out personnel recruitment work, striving to find suitable talents for the company.
- Competently formulate payroll policies and ensure the smooth operation of daily payroll matters.
- Carefully prepare training plans and implement training activities to help employees improve their skills.
- Seriously prepare performance plans and execute performance evaluations to promote the growth of employees.
- Adeptly deal with employee relations incidents to maintain a stable working atmosphere.
- Earnestly take on Local local administrative management-related work, such as dealing with supplier management and visa processing.
- Major in human resource management or administrative management, and have a certain understanding of Local labor law.
- Be able to use Dtuch& English for basic communication and work and hope to come to office 5 days a week.
- Have at least 3 years of HR working experience.
- Social relations requirement : Have some working experience in Netherlands and understand the relevant labor department to some extent.
- Other special conditions : Have a certain level of emotional intelligence, service awareness, and the ability to execute tasks.
