A leading international company in Frankfurt is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, formulate payroll policies, and implement training plans. The ideal candidate will have a major in human resource management or administrative management and at least 3 years of relevant experience.   • Skillfully handle recruitment channel management and carry out personnel recruitment work, striving to find suitable talents for the company.
  • Competently formulate payroll policies and ensure the smooth operation of daily payroll matters.
  • Carefully prepare training plans and implement training activities to help employees improve their skills.
  • Seriously prepare performance plans and execute performance evaluations to promote the growth of employees.
  • Adeptly deal with employee relations incidents to maintain a stable working atmosphere.
  • Earnestly take on Local local administrative management-related work, such as dealing with supplier management and visa processing.
Requirement
  • Major in human resource management or administrative management, and have a certain understanding of Local labor law.
  • Be able to use Dtuch& English for basic communication and work and hope to come to office 5 days a week.
  • Have at least 3 years of HR working experience.
  • Social relations requirement : Have some working experience in Netherlands and understand the relevant labor department to some extent.
  • Other special conditions : Have a certain level of emotional intelligence, service awareness, and the ability to execute tasks.
