In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Be the go-to HR expert for our NI Germany site, while making a global mark by contributing to transformative HR projects.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders to deliver data-driven insights across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development.
  • Act as a trusted coach and partner, empowering managers with actionable HR guidance that drives results.

Champion employee engagement and organizational excellence , ensuring our culture stays at the heart of everything we do.

You are an experienced HRBP with both strategic and operational mindset. You’re passionate about the well-being of our employees, our HR strategies and our constant process improvement. You effectively communicate in various settings : one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.

For this Role, You will Need:

This isn’t your typical HR gig. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and people leadership, tackling both local and global challenges.
