- €1,000 relocation bonus (for those relocating from over 100 km, provided after first month with rental agreement)
- Monthly gross salary of €2,668.50 + €150 performance bonus
- 40% shift bonus for Sundays and public holidays
- 50% shift bonus for night work (22 : 00–06 : 30)
- No phone / email work – fully focused on content
