• Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall service delivery.
• Engage in training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
