Your role

Are you a problem solver, solutions orientated and eager to drive the business forward? Are you a multitasker and focused on making sure things run smoothly across time zones and functions? Do you want to learn about and have a direct impact on the Investments business of a global Asset Manager? We are looking for someone who can work within our Investments team to support existing client needs and help grow our business. We are looking for a specialist to:

• interact with portfolio managers, client coverage and product specialists to provide input into the investment sections for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• monitor and sustain an effective, risk‑controlled and regulatory‑compliant investment environment, including the coordination and creation of tailored contracts, and fund prospectuses for discretionary funds and institutional mandates.
• respond to ad‑hoc inquiries about our investment capabilities and product offering.
• administer and oversee the set‑up of new client and 3rd party agreements.

Your team

You will join the Investment/Content Specialist team based in Poland as part of the UBS Asset Management Centre of Excellence. The team works closely with local and global Investments teams as well as functions across the business, performing a vital function within the front‑to‑back investment lifecycle. You will quickly learn all aspects of the role and use your knowledge to enhance team services and manage risks effectively. Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise

• University degree (or equivalent) in banking, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a portfolio management support or product development role in a large organization.
• Good understanding of the asset management industry, including front‑, middle‑, and back‑office workflows (knowledge of investment processes and systems is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including Python and data modelling experience.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• German and English language (French would also be beneficial).
• CFA certification or progress toward it is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on contract preparation and administration.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment with meticulous attention to detail and a hands‑on approach.
