In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients to help drive their growth through tailored solutions. The ideal candidate must be a C1+ level German speaker with proven B2B sales experience. This position offers relocation support to Athens, including flight reimbursement and accommodation during the initial weeks. - Manage your own portfolio of B2B clients
- Conduct cold calls & upsell additional services
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers
- Provide insight-driven recommendations & tailored solutions
- Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding experiences
- Exceed sales, retention & upselling targets
- C1+ level of German
- Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and upselling
- A consultative, client-focused communication style
- CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot welcome!)
- Strong English (B2+); other languages = bonus
- A results-driven mindset with proven success
- Excellent time management & problem-solving skills
