Tasks

• Support and manage CEO's LinkedIn profile (correspondence, networking, outreach).
• Conduct sales approaches via LinkedIn and other business networks.
• Conduct recruitment approaches via LinkedIn, targeting IT specialists.
• Post and manage job ads for IT specialists and handle applications.
• Organize and coordinate social interviews with candidates.

Requirements

• German-native or proficient (essential) with strong written and verbal skills.
• Confident communicator on LinkedIn with a professional, engaging style.
• Structured, independent, and proactive work style.
• Comfortable working across different time zones (South Africa / Germany).
