Zusammenfassung

A progressive international recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager with a focus on B2B sales. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients to help drive their growth through tailored solutions. The ideal candidate must be a C1+ level German speaker with proven B2B sales experience. This position offers relocation support to Athens, including flight reimbursement and accommodation during the initial weeks. The company provides a competitive salary and performance bonuses, in addition to comprehensive benefits.

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Provide insight-driven recommendations & tailored solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Exceed sales, retention & upselling targets
What You Bring
  • C1+ level of German
  • Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and upselling
  • A consultative, client-focused communication style
  • CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot welcome!)
  • Strong English (B2+); other languages = bonus
  • A results-driven mindset with proven success
  • Excellent time management & problem-solving skills
