About the Role
As Partner Manager Europe (m/f/d), you will be responsible for building, expanding, and strategically managing CSP’s European partner ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with system integrators, consulting firms, implementation partners, and resellers to accelerate CSP’s growth in the QMS and Shopfloor segments and bring modern, scalable SaaS and AI solutions to market.

Position details
  • Develop and manage a focused network of strategic partners across Europe.
  • Drive joint business development including pipeline creation, forecasting, deal registration, and co‑selling/co‑delivery activities.
  • Build joint go‑to‑market plans with partners, including campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives that create measurable pipeline growth.
  • Enable partners to position and implement CSP solutions (IPM, PG, QST) successfully.
  • Define partner KPIs, conduct regular business reviews, and continuously optimize partner performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure smooth execution of partner‑led deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across partner organizations, including C‑level stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to CSP’s transformation toward modern and scalable SaaS solutions and strengthen our market footprint across Europe.
