Qualifications
- Several years of experience in enterprise software sales (QMS, MES, ERP, production IT, or SaaS strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in complex B2B environments.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders, influence decisions, and navigate complex buying centers.
- Strong understanding of industrial production environments, quality processes, and shopfloor workflows (a plus).
- Experience in both hunting and farming — comfortable with both new logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High degree of ownership, structure, and accountability.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, or similar).
- Fluent English; German or other European languages are an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree is essential, and a master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

About the Role
As an Account Manager / Account Director at CSP, you own a defined territory and portfolio of strategic industrial accounts. You are responsible for driving new business, expanding existing relationships, and positioning CSP’s QMS and Shopfloor solutions with key stakeholders ranging from operational experts to C‑level executives.
You will execute a value‑selling approach, understand complex production environments, and guide customers through their digital transformation journey.

Position details
- Own the full sales cycle for CSP’s solutions across major automotive OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers.
- Understanding of automotive production processes, quality methodologies (APQP, PPAP, SPC), and shopfloor requirements.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer roadmaps (EV, digital twins, battery cell production, software‑defined manufacturing).
- Identify whitespace and expansion areas such as traceability, analytics, AI‑supported quality workflows, and cloud adoption.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving engineering, production, quality, IT and procurement.
- Deepen multi‑threaded relationships within plants, corporate functions, and global quality / production networks.
- Drive both new business and expansions of existing deployments (e.g., multi‑plant rollouts, global harmonisation programmes).
- Articulate CSP’s value in the context of zero‑defect initiatives, regulatory compliance and shopfloor integration.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Consulting, Product Management, Customer Success, and Partner Managers to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline discipline, and executive communication with clarity and accuracy.
- Represent CSP at automotive events, quality networks, supplier days, and industry conferences.
