Your tasks

• Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures.
• Coordination and monitoring of external service providers
• Negotiating, monitoring and managing maintenance contracts
• Monitoring and compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene standards
• Support in the planning and implementation of construction measures and relocations relocations
• Carrying out minor repairs and troubleshooting
• Organization and documentation of all processes relevant to facility management and processes
• Maintenance of master data in the CAFM system (Planon)
• Technical on‑call service
• Participation in the digitalization of facility management
