As an SAP supply chain planning expert, you leverage your deep understanding of SAP modules and business processes alongside your knowledge of integration technologies to design seamless, business-driven integration solutions for our customers. You play a pivotal role in guiding technical consultants and supply chain experts throughout the integration lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet both business and technical needs.
You are responsible for
- Analyzing and understanding complex business requirements, especially within SAP environments, and translating them into practical, scalable integration solutions.
- Acting as the key liaison between customers teams and technical architects to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment between stakeholders.
- Guiding integration and supply chain consultants by combining your SAP functional insights with integration best practices throughout all project phases.
- Monitoring SAP and integration technology trends, assessing business relevance, and advising on opportunities.
- Leading root cause analysis that considers both functional business impacts and technical integration issues.
