• Develop features end‑to‑end: from software design and front‑end development to REST API design, back‑end development and database design.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Maintain and improve the performance, reliability and scalability of our platform.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high‑quality code and mentor other developers.
• Stack: SpringBoot, PostgreSQL, React, AWS, GitHub, Figma, Sentry.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the development of key features ensuring they are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to delivery, managing all technical aspects.
• Continuously improve the codebase by identifying areas for refactoring and implementing best practices.
• Work closely with our product manager to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Keep up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to your work.

• At least 2 years of professional work experience in software development.
• Technical proficiency: demonstrated experience with either SpringBoot and / or React as well as SQL.
• Eagerness to learn: a strong passion for technology and coding with a commitment to staying current with new tools and trends.
• Customer focus: an ability to understand and prioritize user needs, ensuring that features are both functional and user‑friendly.
• Collaboration: a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with others.
• Ownership: a proven track record of taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
• Problem‑solving: strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
