A leading e-commerce platform seeks a Partnerships Associate to drive seller recruitment and manage partnerships in the DACH market. Responsibilities include onboarding sellers, relationship management, and implementing marketing strategies. Requires 2+ years in a client-facing role, fluency in German and English, and strong analytical skills. This position offers flexibility to work from home or in Berlin, valued for collaboration and connection.

As a Partnerships Associate, you’ll expand Whatnot’s presence in new and existing categories by identifying and recruiting new sellers to join our community in the DACH market.
We offer flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs, and we value in‑person time for planning, problem‑solving, and connection. Team members in this role must live within commuting distance of our London, UK or Berlin, Germany hubs.
