- Implement Microsoft Teams voice features: Call Queues, Auto Attendants, Direct Routing.
- Troubleshoot voice quality issues using network analytics.
- Manage SIP trunking and coordinate with telecom carriers.
- Assist with voice security controls, QoS, and compliance.
- Automate administration with PowerShell scripting.
- Provide training and documentation for communication teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams voice architecture and telephony systems.
- Knowledge of SIP, VoIP protocols, SBC configurations.
- Proficient in voice networking troubleshooting and monitoring tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer (MS-720), CISSP, CISM.
