What You’ll Do
  • Champion Pay Transparency: Implement strategies that promote fairness and trust across organizations.
  • Lead Complex Projects: Drive multi-workstream reward programs for clients across sectors and geographies.
  • Advise on Compliance: Align compensation frameworks with EU directives and global standards.
  • Advance DE&I Goals: Use pay transparency to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Leverage Data & Technology: Utilize Korn Ferry’s Pay Equity tools to analyze gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Facilitate workshops, onboard clients, and build strong relationships with HR leaders and executives.
What We’re Looking For
  • Deep expertise in Total Rewards, ideally from international projects.
  • Experience leading complex compensation programs and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (additional EU languages a plus).
  • Consulting experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR.
  • Familiarity with Works Councils or union environments is highly desirable.
