For our company headquarters in Hamburgs HafenCity we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as (Junior) FP&A Analyst / Controller (m/f/d).

Your role
- Business partnering: act as key partner to the head of functions with regards to tracking the financial performance.
- Financial reporting: control accuracy of financials within your area (closely working together with the accounting department) and provide explanation on variances versus plan.
- Data management and dashboards: design and maintain data flows between systems. Take part in creation and maintenance of dashboards using BI tools.
- Process improvements: take part in system implementations and generate ideas how to continuously improve current processes.
- Cross‑functional projects: take part in cross‑functional projects as a representative of the FP&A department.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional experience: 35 years in Controlling and / or FP&A roles, preferably in an international environment.
- Technical skills: strong command of SAP, Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI); experience with Tagetik is an advantage.
- Financial expertise: sound understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Digital mindset: interest in AI automation and process optimisation.
- Language skills: fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus.
