Your role

• Business partnering: act as key partner to the head of functions with regards to tracking the financial performance.
• Financial reporting: control accuracy of financials within your area (closely working together with the accounting department) and provide explanation on variances versus plan.
• Data management and dashboards: design and maintain data flows between systems. Take part in creation and maintenance of dashboards using BI tools.
• Process improvements: take part in system implementations and generate ideas how to continuously improve current processes.
• Cross‑functional projects: take part in cross‑functional projects as a representative of the FP&A department.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional experience: 35 years in Controlling and / or FP&A roles, preferably in an international environment.
• Technical skills: strong command of SAP, Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI); experience with Tagetik is an advantage.
• Financial expertise: sound understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Digital mindset: interest in AI automation and process optimisation.
• Language skills: fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus.
