We are looking for an apprentice (m/f/d) to start on 1 February 2026 in the field of office management with a focus on controlling and accounting. You will fit in well with us if you are communicative and open, enjoy working with numbers and are not afraid to communicate in English. Your mission

Accounting tasks

  • Processing outgoing invoices, credit notes, and reminders.
  • Customer communication: Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment processes.
  • Credit card management: Managing company credit cards, including applications, blocking, and issuance.
  • Expense monitoring: Monitoring credit card expenses, including correct allocation to expense accounts and tax codes.

Controlling tasks

  • Company analysis & reporting: Preparing regular reports (e.g., monthly reports) for management on sales, cost, and profit development and deriving recommendations for action.
  • Project controlling: Ongoing monitoring of consulting projects with regard to budget compliance and scheduling in close coordination with project managers.

You will also gain insight into various departments such as purchasing, marketing, HR, sales, and events.
