Job summary
A leading youth sports organization in Toronto is looking for a Customer Acquisition Specialist. This full-time, in-office position focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. Candidates should have a competitive drive, strong sales experience, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus. Compensation is competitive based on experience plus commission.

We are seeking a driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals. - Knowledge of CRM tools to track interactions and update lead information accurately
- Strong Communication and people skills. Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
Compensation: Competitive based on experience plus commission structure
