As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Counsellor to join our expanding mental health services team. This part‑time, in‑person/virtual position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for professionals who value autonomy, collaboration, and meaningful impact. There is potential for growth into a full‑time role.

Position Overview

As a Counsellor at Enhanced Care Clinic, you will provide individual counselling to clients and families in BC, focusing on promoting wellness through a blend of values‑based and trauma‑informed clinical approaches. You will deliver comprehensive, evidence‑based services for children, youth, adults, and their parents or caregivers. Collaboration with the counselling team, referring agencies, and community partners is essential. Flexible workdays/hours with a combination of virtual and in‑person care delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • A master’s degree in psychology, social work, Counselling or a related field
  • Registered or licensed with an appropriate provincial body such as Registered Social Worker, Registered Clinical Counsellor
  • Availability for in‑person sessions in BC
  • Knowledge and skills in assessment and treatment of children and youth who experience and to work with the medical team, including psychiatrists and physicians
  • Demonstrated experience providing individual, group, and family, psycho‑educational and brief therapy
  • Driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
