A sports coaching organization is seeking an RBI Spring Baseball Coach for an afterschool program in Toronto. The role involves leading practices and games, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for students. Ideal candidates have experience in coaching sports, strong knowledge of baseball skills, and a commitment to engaging youth. Competitive compensation of $20.50/hour offered.
The RBI Spring program is an afterschool baseball/softball program implemented with select Toronto District School Board (TDSB) schools. The program provides accessible and inclusive programming to students from grades 4-8. Beginning in April, the program runs afterschool for 11 weeks and concludes with an end of year final tournament in mid June. Students participate in weekly practices and organized games that are led by a trained Jays Care coach.

REPORTS TO: Program Specialist, RBI Spring
WORK LOCATION: Schools across Toronto (Etobicoke, York, North York and Scarborough areas). Coaches are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
COMPENSATION: $20.50/hour
