Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide non-medical support and companionship to senior clients in their homes
2. Provide medication reminders as needed
3. Assist with hygiene activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
4. Perform grocery shopping, meal preparation, and diet monitoring
5. Help with laundry and light housekeeping duties
6. Assist with ambulation/mobility assistance

Employment Requirements:

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
3. Current driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred
4. Clear Vulnerable Sector Check or consent to obtain one
5. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred
6. Must comply with all agency policies
7. Have at least three satisfactory professional references
8. 1-2 years of home care experience
