Salesforce Health Cloud Developer – We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Health Cloud Developer with Omnistudio and Omniscripts experience to design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions within the Salesforce Health Cloud ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in transforming healthcare operations through innovative Salesforce implementations, seamless integrations, and user-centric customizations.

Location: Toronto, ON

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce applications.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce API and Apex Integration to enhance system functionality.
• Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce Health Cloud to optimize user experience.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce platforms by implementing best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare detailed reports on system performance and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to drive innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Optimize system performance by fine-tuning Salesforce configurations and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve Salesforce solutions.
• Document all technical processes and configurations for future reference and compliance.

• Possess extensive experience in Salesforce API and Apex Integration ensuring seamless system operations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Education Cloud enhancing educational solutions.
• Experience in the Claims domain is advantageous providing industry-specific insights.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Salesforce Developer with hands on experience with building robust solutions using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, DataMappers), Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other Salesforce tools.
• Ensure smooth integration with external systems through APIs and data exchange processes.
• Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and optimization to ensure system scalability and efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and suggest relevant enhancements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Create and maintain documentation for code and features; support testing and implement automation where possible.
• Provide training and support to internal / external users.

• Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC)
• Sales / Service / Experience Cloud / Salesforce Health Cloud Development
• OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, DataMappers)
• Salesforce APIs, and other Salesforce industry components
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development methodologies

• Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Salesforce Certifications like OmniStudio Developer, Industries CPQ Developer, or Platform Developer I are a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver quality solutions in a dynamic environment
• Passion for continuous learning and exploring the latest Salesforce advancements
