This is an in-office role based out of downtown Vancouver, B.C. or Campbell River in B.C.

• Underwrite specialty commercial risks within your level of authority based on your experience.
• Build and maintain broker relationships through expert handling of new submissions, renewals, endorsements and cancellations within target service times. Check out our commercial offering at www.forwardinsurance.ca

• Other duties as required.

• A minimum of 4 years commercial experience
• Strong working knowledge of Canadian commercial insurance market
• Designation or progression toward CAIB, CIP, FCIP or other industry credentials
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• An inclusive and transparent collaboration style with resilience in a fast-paced environment
• General Insurance license (in good standing or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Successful completion of a criminal record check
