A safety and health organization in Canada seeks Audit and Analytics Leads to enhance internal audit quality through data-driven approaches. This hybrid position involves leading risk-based audits, mentoring juniors, and collaborating on data analytics integration. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field, CIA or CISA certification, and at least 4 years of auditing experience using advanced analytics tools. We are looking for Audit and Analytics Leads who are passionate about elevating the quality, impact, and relevance of internal audit in a rapidly changing business landscape. This is a critical role for someone who excels in data-driven audit approaches while upholding internal audit methodology and relevant standards.
How you'll make a difference: You'll help ensure WorkSafeBC is accomplishing its objectives by evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines working remotely, and in our offices based on the operational needs of the position.
In this role, you will work primarily from our Richmond Office with some flexibility to work from your home in B.C.

$99,085.97 - $120,389.46 annually
