- Strong passion for food and the foodservice industry
- Knowledge of the foodservice industry and its dynamics
- Ability to leverage data-driven insights for business execution
- Strategic selling skills and impactful virtual customer engagement
- Familiarity with Unilever Food Solutions' customer development cycle
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Proficiency in digital tools including eCommerce platforms, Salesforce, and Marketo
- Analytical skills to utilize data for driving business insights
