The Impact You Could Have
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for go-to-market technology, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Define/optimize the end to end go to market process and measure the effectiveness of the processes
  • Own and optimize revenue systems, including CRM (e.g., Hubspot), marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot), and customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, HelpScout).
  • Own and drive the effectiveness of other related systems (PartnerStack, Calendly, etc)
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Support, Engineering, and IT to define requirements and enhance system capabilities.
  • Oversee data governance (CASL, GDPR, CCPA, etc), ensuring high-quality, secure, and compliant data management practices in our CRM and revenue technology stack.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across support, marketing, and sales workflows.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the performance and impact of support, sales, and marketing
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends in revenue technology (including AI) and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
The Experience We Feel We Need
  • 8+ years of experience in GTM/revenue operations or CRM management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Calendly, Marketo, and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, system integrations (APIs, middleware), and process automation.
  • Experience working in a startup environment and experience building from scratch
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

Compensation Expectations for the Role

Jane’s committed to paying our team members fairly, clearly, and above all, paying for growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $ 126,800 and maximum annual salary of $206,100. As you may have noticed, this salary range is quite large, and this is intentional to account for the growth someone will experience in the role throughout their time at Jane (i.e., from building the skills, to accomplished, to highly proficient, all the way to achieving excellence in the role). When hiring talented folks to join the Jane team, we’ve found that new team members are best set up for success when hired with the expectation of being fully accomplished in the role, which for this role would reflect a starting salary of $158,500.

It's also possible to join Jane at a salary above or below this, which would mean a salary below $158,500 typically reflects someone who has all the potential to be fully accomplished in the role but doesn't yet possess all the skills required, while a salary above $158,500 is typically for individuals who are currently in this role at Jane and had the opportunity to make a significant positive impact on our customers, product and company with deep Jane knowledge. At Jane, we pay for growth, which means that you’ll continue to have conversations about your career development with your manager and see your compensation grow over time as you build an amazing career with us.
