Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related work experience including 3 years in a management role.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Experience managing a group or team of individual contributors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to run the branch according to the business plan.
  • Evaluate and modify current practices to improve operations.
  • Track financial and operational progress; provide metrics to management.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
  • Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch’s current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritizes work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement
  • Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
  • Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecasts budget expectations monthly
  • Facilitate employee safety training
  • Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including: reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
  • May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Who We're Looking For
  • High School Dipolma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of related work experience that includes 3 years’ work experience
  • Manage a group or team of individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
