A local governmental body in Alberta is seeking a Facilities Specialist responsible for overseeing the maintenance of County buildings and managing construction projects. This position requires a college degree in facility management, knowledge of building systems, and experience with safety inspections. The role offers a competitive salary between $56.49 - $66.46 CAD per hour, along with a strong benefits package including a pension plan and vacation. Candidates must be able to respond to maintenance issues on-call outside regular hours.

The Facilities Specialist is responsible for maintenance of all County buildings and overseeing new construction.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
The Facilities Specialist will be part of a Paid-On-Call bi-weekly rotation and will be responsible for answering calls and responding to building related problems.
