• Position : Women’s Health Coach (non-medical professional).
• Location : Primarily work from home with occasional required in-person days in downtown office locations (Greater Montreal or Greater Toronto Area). This may change for certain weeks, company events, or training, while offering flexibility for remote work.

Position Summary

Are you passionate about empowering women to take control of their health and well-being? As a Health Coach at Coral, you'll play a key role in guiding women through their wellness journeys, particularly during peri- to post-menopause. Your focus will be on supporting clients virtually in implementing lifestyle changes, tracking their progress, and ensuring their care plans are effective and satisfying. You’ll work closely with Registered Nurses and Medical Team, contributing to a holistic approach that combines medical expertise with personalized wellness strategies. With an emphasis on motivation, encouragement, and continuous support, you’ll help women achieve real, lasting health improvements. What You'll Do :

• Monitor and track the progress of care plans for assigned patients.
• Provide general guidance and support to patients on lifestyle changes, including exercise, nutrition, mental well-being and overall wellness strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the RN to address patient concerns and ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Offer motivation and encouragement to patients to adhere to their care plans.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, positive work environment.
• Contribute to the creation of impactful resources designed to support our clients effectively.

What We’re Looking For :

• Bilingual (French and English) required.
• Empathy & Compassion : You have a genuine passion for helping women navigate their health journey, especially through peri- to post-menopause.
• Excellent Communication Skills : You are skilled in active listening and communicating complex health information in a way that’s easy to understand.
• Motivational & Encouraging : You know how to inspire clients to make lifestyle changes and stay committed to their health goals.
• Holistic Approach : You believe in treating the whole person, integrating nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mental health into personalized care plans.
• Collaborative Mindset : You work seamlessly with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Experience in Health Coaching : You have experience working as a coach or wellness professional, ideally with a background in women's health, nutrition, fitness, or behavioral health.
• Organizational Skills : You can manage multiple clients and care plans, ensuring follow-ups and check-ins are timely and meaningful.
• Basic Health Knowledge : You have a foundational understanding of nutrition, exercise science, and wellness strategies but know when to escalate medical issues to the RN.
• Commitment to Evidence-Based Care : You stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in women's health and are committed to applying them in your coaching sessions.
• Certification or Training : You have certification or formal training in nutrition, fitness, holistic health, mental-health or related fields.
• Comfort with Remote Work : You are comfortable working in a virtual setting and using online coaching platforms to connect with clients and manage care.
