A fleet management company is seeking a Product Manager, Telematics to lead the strategy and execution of product offerings. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in product management and analytics, with a strong background in developing and commercializing new products. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, engaging with cross-functional teams, and managing P&L. The role offers a base salary range of $99,200 - $136,400 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

We’re looking for a self-starter to join our team as Product Manager, Telematics. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy of evolving into the product offering into a gateway to enable data driven decisions. In this role, you will manage the development pipeline, both strategy and execution, and manage day to day product needs along with having a front line seat to client analytics requests through being responsible for the telematics analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of product management for the core telematics offering impacting the P&L but also working closely with other product owners to integrate the data into our other service offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the P&L and making recommendations on pricing and are responsible for the client analytics experience having a team dedicated to driving the various reports and tools which will become a very important part of our revenue story go forward for new product offerings.
Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026
The hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 - $136,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
