What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both French and English
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, including meeting quotas and working on commission
- Strong understanding of the sales process, relationship building, communication, and negotiation techniques
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
