What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
  • Close sales and engage in prospecting, negotiation, and presentation using B2B and B2C skills
  • Utilize product knowledge to build client relationships and enhance customer retention
  • Maintain attention to detail during sales of products and services
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, including meeting quotas and working on commission
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, relationship building, communication, and negotiation techniques
