Position Summary:

The Outbound Sales Representative (Virtual Sales Agent) is responsible for identifying the customer’s service needs and selling them a program that fits those needs. The agent will work under the direct supervision of the Virtual Sales Management Team and will be provided with extensive online training and one on one coaching on an ongoing basis thereafter. Position will begin immediately!!! Guaranteed base of $14.75 per hour and commission structure in place to easily earn $16 to $20 per hour plus Bonuses. You will be calling for our franchise territories across Canada that we own and operate.

• Afternoon and Evening shifts available as well as combined Full time shifts available.
• Full Time: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, 1pm to 9pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm
• Part Time: Monday to Friday 6pm to 9pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm
• Flexible shifts available (All calling hours are based on EST Eastern Standard time zone as we will be calling all across Canada)
• Will be called from an Ontario Number if considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to sell them various services that meet their needs (NO COLD CALLING involved).
• Call existing customers to up-sell or renew their services (no manual dialing).
• Meet or exceed the number of required daily customer decisions.
• Enter customer order information into the customer database.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar sales rep role is considered an asset.
• High school diploma.
• Strong sales, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
