Job summary
A transportation and warehousing company is seeking a full-time Truck Driver in Caledon. This role involves operating trucks, loading/unloading goods, and performing vehicle inspections. The ideal candidate must hold an AZ class license and have a secondary school graduation certificate. Working hours will include early mornings and evenings with a pay rate of $37.20/hour. Responsibilities
- Calculate the cost of truck repairs and new parts if needed.
- Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy.
- Load and unload goods.
- Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials.
- Oversee vehicle condition and perform inspections.
- Perform emergency roadside repairs.
- Receive and relay information to dispatch.
- Ensure safety and security of cargo.
