Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 1 year of closely related cooking experience, preferably in a high volume and casual dining environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and to stand for long periods.
• Experience working with kitchen equipment and ensuring food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cooked foods and perform all station functions including Fry, Griddle, and Pantry.
• Communicate effectively with the manager and servers regarding ticket times and potential problems.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and equipment.
