A Strong, Collaborative Team
You don’t have to do this alone. Our clinics are built around collaboration. We believe the best patient care happens when therapists feel heard, supported, and part of a team that lifts each other up. If you’re looking for a culture that values shared knowledge and mutual respect, you’ll feel right at home.
We treat patients the way we’d want our own family members to be treated—with clinical skill, genuine compassion, and attention to the details that make a difference. You’ll have the tools, time, and autonomy to provide care you can feel proud of.
High Level of Service: Personalized Care - We extend the same level of care to our patients as we would to a family member or professional athlete. We prioritize attention to detail and go above and beyond to assist our patients.
Accessibility: Swift Scheduling - Ensuring patients are scheduled within 24-48 hours, providing prompt and efficient service.
Active Approach: Progressive and Individualized Care - Emphasizing a progressive and individualized approach throughout the entire course of care to optimize patient outcomes.
What You'll Treat
As part of our outpatient team, you'll work with a wide variety of upper extremity diagnoses, from post-surgical hand and wrist cases to complex orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand. Whether you're experienced or working toward becoming a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), this is a great setting to deepen your specialty while making a real difference in your patients’ recovery and function.
How We Support You
We believe great therapy happens when clinicians have time, autonomy, and the tools they need to succeed. That’s why we offer manageable caseloads, collaborative support, and mentorship tailored to your interests. Whether you're refining manual techniques, learning new protocols, or preparing for the CHT exam, you’ll have the flexibility and encouragement to grow at your own pace, without sacrificing quality of care or work-life balance.
We understand you’re not just looking for a job, you’re building a career. Whether your path includes becoming a CHT, leading a team, teaching others, or expanding your clinical expertise, we’re ready to help you get there. You’ll have opportunities for advanced training, leadership roles, and professional development that fit your goals, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
