- Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach to building and automating systems.
- Experience in Growth, Promotions, or Incentives, ideally in rewards and loyalty programs.
Responsabilités
- Define and build Incentive Primitives from concept to execution.
- Develop the vision for the Incentives Engine to enable rapid launch of high-ROI campaigns.
- Collaborate with Data Science to establish analytics and optimization frameworks.

- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in a Growth team at a consumer tech company
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach to building and automating systems
- Experience in Growth, Promotions, or Incentives, with a background in rewards and loyalty programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to partner with Data Science for measurement and testing frameworks
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills for leading cross‑functional projects
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Interest in influencing business outcomes such as revenue generation and LTV optimization
