  • Develop the vision for the "Incentives Engine" to enable rapid launch of high-ROI campaigns
  • Collaborate with Data Science to establish analytics and optimization frameworks for incentive measurement
  • Integrate with risk and compliance systems to ensure the security and scalability of the incentives platform
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex, company-wide infrastructure projects
