What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead design and development of end-to-end features for real-time safety alerts and in-cab workflows

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 7+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade fullstack applications

• Proven track record of owning complex systems end-to-end from design to operational support
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing features
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence architecture and mentor peers

• Experience building fullstack systems that interface with embedded or edge devices or IoT platforms
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven user experiences, such as voice interfaces or feedback loops
