ACT Nurse - Mental Health & Addictions Outreach
Resumo da oferta
A healthcare organization is seeking a Mental Health & Addictions Nurse to provide core mental health and addiction services in community and facility settings. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of clients, working closely with families and healthcare resources. The ideal candidate will have recent psychiatric nursing experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt to changing environments. Valid nursing registration in BC and current CPR certification are required.
Qualificações
- Minimum one year recent psychiatric nursing experience.
- Experience supporting mental health clients in a community setting.
Responsabilidades
- Provide core mental health and addictions services.
- Develop, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs.
