Responsibilities include providing comprehensive patient care and participating in teaching programs. Ideal candidates will have current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario and experience with geriatric patients. Complex Continuing Care Unit (5 West)
Shift Type: Day, alternate weekends (subject to change)
Hours of Work: 7.5hrs /shift
Union: ONA
The Complex Continuing Care Unit provides care for older patients with complex medical conditions in a non-acute hospital setting. The Complex Continuing Care Program helps patients and their families identify strategies that support quality-of-life goals as well as short term and long term care needs.
