Overview
Glasslake is a rapidly growing mortgage lender. Since commencing operations in 2023, we have expanded across Canada in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our Western Canada operations.
As an individual contributor, the Business Development Manager (BDM) will promote and drive mortgage applications for small commercial and residential properties in a designated region. The role involves fostering relationships with mortgage brokers, soliciting new business, managing loan pipelines, and ensuring quality loan submissions. Knowledge of our products, policies, and guidelines is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of the mortgage industry, exceptional self-leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
