Job Type: Full‑Time Permanent (40 hrs per week)
Start Date: To be determined
Salary: $51,962.92 - $67,799.82 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to both the Planning and Human Resources functions within the Municipality.
  • Assist with permit processing, application tracking, and communication with residents and developers.
  • Support HR programs and maintain accurate records.
  • Process and track planning applications, permits, and approvals.
  • Maintain property and mapping databases.
  • Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Prepare job postings, coordinate interviews, and maintain employee records.
  • Assist with workplace health and safety compliance.
What We’re Looking For
  • Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Planning, or Human Resources.
  • 2‑3 years of administrative experience (municipal or government setting preferred).
  • Knowledge of planning processes and/or HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and records management systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
