As an AVP, Debt Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in originating, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate debt transactions across Alberta and Canada. You will leverage your financial expertise and existing network of lenders, borrowers, and capital partners to drive revenue growth and deepen Colliers’ market presence. Success in this role requires a balance of sophisticated financial analysis, entrepreneurial business development, client relationship management, and collaboration with Colliers’ integrated CRE teams.
